– The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
– The product must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt.
– The product must be shipped back to us at your own expense, using a reliable courier service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

– Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 working days, using the same mode of payment that you used for the purchase.
– Please note that shipping charges, taxes and duties are non-refundable. Also, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of 10% of the product value from your refund amount.
