At Chiran Tea, we are committed to providing you with the best quality tea products and services. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

When will I receive my refund?

If your refund request is approved, we will process it within 7 working days and issue a credit to your original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect product?

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at sales@chirantea.in or +91 9354262542 with your order number and a photo of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as per your preference.
